=> Ensuring clients all the correct documents are available and are transferred to buyer at the time of purchasing. To purchase real estate in Brazil and have it transferred into the buyers name, it is necessary to provide a CPF number (this document is issued by an office of the Brazilian Federal Government situated in Fortaleza. For their clients, Flat Shop will assist in obtaining this document, which at times can be very time consuming and frustrating). Potential real estate investors, should make contact well in advance so that advice can be given as to which documents should be brought to Brazil to facilitate the issue of the CPF document. => Best possible prices, terms and most suitable method of payment for houses, land or apartments. => Provide the services of a qualified Construction Engineer to accompany when visiting prospective houses and/or apartments, for structural appraisal, to advise on any repairs or maintenance that may be required to be done after purchasing. => If required, arrange the services of an architect and Construction Engineer to view land to commence a building project, and obtain all necessary permits and licences required to construct a house. => Administrative Services, assist in making any necessary periodical payments on behalf of non-Brazilian residents (e.g. caretakers salary, power/energy bills, maintenance supervision, etc.) |
