                 In Cumbuco and close by areas there are some large weekend houses and mansions, some of which are available for rental on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or even longer period. These houses are fully equipped and furnished, all have swimming pools, BBQ areas and some have areas for football/volleyball. Bed and bathroom linen is provided. Most of the houses have caretakers on site, for maintenance of the pool, garden etc. and a maid/house cleaning service can be arranged for an additional fee, depending on the service required , of about R$ 25,00 ~ R$ 50,00 per day. Most houses have a minimum of 4 en-suite bedrooms and range up to 7 or 8 bedrooms.

             Prices vary with the size of the house and the proximity to the beach and the village center. Prices start at about      R$ 2.000,00 per week. House rental is ideal, and more economic, for travel parties of four or more people that enjoy the freedom and privacy of a house, rather than a Pousada or hotel.
