This large, luxurious two level, 6 bedroom (4 en-suite), 6 bathroom house is on a large 1750m2 block, ideally located, just 50ms from the beach and very close to the village centre.
The house has three spacious en-suite master bedrooms, each with its’own private veranda on the upper level, each offering very nice views. Down the wooden staircase it opens onto a large dining and living area to the side has a very large and airy family kitchen/breakfast area. There are three more bedrooms on the lower level, with windows opening out onto the veranda. The house is surrounded by large and very comfortably furnished verandas, which leave the house shady and cool all day long. There is a very large pool, deck and outside entertainment area. All of this is surrounded by beautiful, lush tropical gardens.
There is garage space for two cars and sufficient space for 6 more cars. The house has security cameras and sensor alarms.
