This new project has been aptly named (literally translated it means Royal Gardens of Cumbuco!), as just 23 percent of the total land area is being used in the construction area – the rest is for lawns, tropical gardens, swimming pool, of course a Brazilian style BBQ, and relaxation area. Ideally situated, just 50 meters from the beach, 500 meters from the heart of the fishing village, and, 200 away from the fabulous dunes – all great places to watch the day open with the sun rising up from the sea, or, to finish the day’s activities watching the breathtaking sunsets into the dunes behind the village.
