A large and luxurious mansion situated right on the beach, with spectacular views from the ground floor or first floors spacious verandas. The house is on a very large block with lots a lawn and garden area to relax in. The house has four large en-suite bedrooms (one has air conditioning and the two bedrooms on the second floors has marvelous sea views). A large and airy lounge room overlooks the big swimming pool and BBQ area. The spacious and modern kitchen is separated from main house and is on the beach front, incorporating the outside dining and entertainment area of the house, so it is really possible to have a beach side breakfast. Parking space for 6-8 cars. The house is approximately 500 meters from the village center. Additional information: A maid service is available (including preparing breakfast, cleaning house/gardens/pool, laundry of house and personal clothing), for additional R$30,00 ~ R$ 50,00/day depending of the number of people renting. The house can easily and comfortably accommodate 8 to 10 persons. Recommendations: the house is provided with day time caretaker to look after the pool and garden maintenance, we would strongly recommend a nightwatchman be contracted. The cost of a nightwatchman is approx R$30,00 per night, and hours are from 1800 until 0600. |
