The house has been built in "tropical Brasilian Beach style" taking maximum use of the very high (10m) ceilings in the very very large living, dining and indoor entertainment area ensuring the house remains very cool and fresh - even on the hottest days. There a large windows and glass doors which allows nice views of garden, pool and beach. From this area is a beautiful wooden staircase leading to the upper floor - bedrooms, one of which has its own private, large veranda. |

On the ground floor, there are two more spacious bedrooms, and a very large well laid out kitchen - outisde the kitchen there is even a wooden traditional wood cooking stove and a pizza oven. |

Leaving the very spacious and well lit living room area, out through the doors onto the large and shady veranda - which has a large BBQ and outside entertainment area, all under cover. To the side of this there is a children play house and small garden for the children to play. |

There is lock up garage for five cars, and of course lots of secure space for storing sporting equipment. The house is in a very quiet street in a very quiet area. Maid service can be made avilable at an extra charge of R$30-50/day depending on the number of persons renting the house. |
