Some of the features in the project include;
The building will have an elevator and stairway. An “Horizon edge” swimming pool, with “Jacuzzi” area. A BBQ, Deck and outdoor entertainment area. The apartments will be ready for “Split” air conditioning to be installed; if the owner wishes (air con is not included in price). TV, telephone and internet connections will be left ready for installation. The apartments will have interphone connection to the security entrance gate.
